Biomechanics
is the program.
Most training plans start with exercises. Ours starts with your joints. We map how you move, find what's missing, and build the plan backwards from there — so every rep has a reason.
Assess
A full movement audit: joint ranges, asymmetries, strength baselines, gait and breathing. No guessing.
GONIOMETRY / VIDEO / FORCE TESTSRestore
Yoga-based mobility and control work targeted at the exact ranges your audit flagged as missing.
MOBILITY / CARS / ISOMETRICSLoad
Progressive strength training through the restored ranges — building tissue that owns the new positions.
BARBELL / KB / TEMPO WORKExpress
Sprinting, jumping, throwing, carrying. Strength becomes athleticism you can use outside the gym.
PLYO / SPRINT / MED BALL
FIG. 02 — ASSESSMENT DAYThe 40-minute movement audit.
You leave with a written profile — your ranges, your asymmetries, your priorities — whether or not you train with us after.
Range before load
We never load a position you can’t control unloaded. Mobility earns the range; the barbell keeps it.
Asymmetry first
Left-right gaps predict injury better than weakness does. They get fixed before numbers go up.
Measure everything
Re-audit every 12 weeks. If it didn’t change on paper, the program changes.
Slow is a skill
Tempo, pauses and isometrics build positions. Speed is added, never assumed.
Train the person
Desk worker, sprinter, new parent — same principles, completely different programs.
Outside counts
The goal is never the gym PR. It’s the ski trip, the pickup game, the pain-free flight of stairs.
