HOW TO DO IT
  1. 01Set the sled with a load you can move continuously but not easily.
  2. 02Grip the uprights with arms long, body angled forward like a sprint lean.
  3. 03Drive one leg at a time, extending the hip fully on every step.
  4. 04Keep the torso braced and the hips low — push the ground back, not the sled up.
COACHING CUES
  1. 01Long arms, low hips, full hip extension every step.
  2. 02Short, aggressive steps beat long reaching ones.
  3. 03Breathe on a rhythm — this is conditioning, not a one-rep max.
COMMON MISTAKES
  1. 01Hips rising so it becomes an upper-body push.
  2. 02Loading it so heavy the steps become stuttering shuffles.
  3. 03Bending the arms and losing the body angle.

Note: Reference material, not a prescription. Load, volume and whether this movement suits you at all depends on your assessment — if something hurts, stop and get it looked at.
